Explore the true PRING PPI graph around a protein, and optionally compare it to a PLM-interact (ESM2-35M) predicted graph.
How to use:
- Select a species and protein (UniProt ID).
- Adjust neighborhood hops and max nodes (cap).
- (Optional) Enable PLM-interact to predict edges and set the probability threshold.
- Click Visualize graphs to see the true and predicted PPI networks side-by-side, along with a summary of statistics and metrics.
